The result of the project will be the development of technology for GaN single crystal cultivation. GaN semiconductor emitting the highest energy VIS.

Project aim

Lack of indicators emitting blue light is the main stimulator of searching methods of obtaining semiconductor diodes emitting adequate energy light. GaN emits light with highest VIS energy, and therefore the methods of its obtaining are still under way.
