Investigations of optical properties of semiconductor structures for applications in modern optoelectronics

Project/study aim

Determining the spectral range of luminescence and the efficiency of emission depending on the components and geometry of the investigated semiconductor structures, which will enable the optimalization of techniques and parameters of the growth of materials, both in the form of volume crystals, and layers or powders, including nanopowders.

Research method

Optical spectroscopy, polarimetry

History of execution

The studies are conducted in the framework of CSWU statutory project

Effect of implementation

The profile of new luminescent materials
