The project assumes the elaboration of an innovative diagram of training pertaining work in a multicultural group. It is dedicated to educators and people working in multicultural groups.

Running courses in the scope of multicultural group for the workers of NGO, social security workers, educators, and people working in multiethnic groups.
History of execution

Effect of implementation
The effects of the project will be visible after the conclusion of stage I of the training courses; the expected outcomes are: increasing the competence in terms of work in a multi-ethnic environment.

The project is a reply to the needs connected with a growing number of people coming from abroad in Poland and the needs concerning their adaptation, including on the job market.
